From inside or outside, living areas blend in together and the extra wide window-doors lead through to a vast dining room. A fully equipped luxurious kitchen awaits the most demanding gourmet chefs.

The two upper floors house 4 bedrooms including the master bedroom for the privileged owner. Each room has its adjoining bathroom as well as its own magnificent vista overlooking the gulf of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.

The lower terraces offer a sleek and harmonious poolscape with its extensive teak flooring leading straight into the semi-covered infinity swimming pool and, right at the tip of the deck, a jacuzzi appears to be floating, as if by magic, somewhere between sea and sky.

A welcoming bar and open air cinema awaits the happy few in the total privacy of the lounge area. And, it is here where the heights of serenity and relaxation can be reached, in the spa with its sauna and massage facilities.

For the comfort of visitors, there are two guest bedrooms situated on this level.

At the back of the villa, hidden beyond the shade of the pine trees, where the terraced landscape cascades down into a field of lavender and a citrus fruit orchard, there is a “petanque” flatland, ideal to practice this typically Mediterranean sport.
